Modify and Cancel Information

To view, change or cancel your reservation, please visit Any modification to a reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. Guarantee Rules

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Debit cards can be used under limited circumstances at the discretion of the hotel. The card provided for guarantee will be authorized for $1.00 (USD) at the time of booking. Guaranteed reservations are held until check-out time the day following arrival. In the event of a no-show, the card provided will be charged a one-night room and tax fee, and any remaining nights on the reservation will be canceled without notice. Cancellations are accepted without charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note the cancellation policy differs for reservations booked within a group block, during peak periods, or with certain packages. Please contact the hotel for further information. The hotel requires a valid government ID and credit card upon arrival. The hotel will authorize the card provided for the total room and tax of the reservation, plus a $100.00 security deposit. The deposit will be released upon check out in full, minus any incidental charges and/or charges due to damage or loss caused by the guest/guest’s guests. Please note the amount of the security deposit may change without prior notice. Security deposit funds are released by the hotel immediately upon check-out, however, receipt of the funds will differ depending on the cardholder’s banking institution and can take up to 10 business days to be reflected in the cardholder’s account.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. The hotel has designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. A $250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Pet Policy

Maple Tree Inn is a dog-friendly hotel. Dogs 45 lbs. and under are accepted with a $20 (plus tax) daily fee per dog. No more than 2 dogs per guest room. Damages to Maple Tree Inn property will incur additional charges.

Shipments / Package Policy

Maple Tree Inn is happy to receive packages for guests with reservations under 100 lbs and 20x20x20 4.6 CU.FT with advance notification. We will accept up to 3 packages per guest room. Packages will be accepted up to two weeks prior to guest arrival. The hotel will hold your package(s) for up to one week after departure. Food and other perishable items will not be accepted. Please note that packages in excess of the aforementioned weight/dimensions or if storage exceeds the above stipulations, additional charges will apply. Please contact the front desk for further information. The hotel cannot be held liable for damages to contents. The hotel reserves the right to decline package acceptance if not notified prior to shipping. The hotel will only accept packages for guests that have incoming or current reservations with a valid confirmation number.

Rate/Reservation Validity

Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Early Departure

Maple Tree Inn has an early departure fee of $50. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
